I heard it doesn't have any good faculty, infrastructure, can't use mobiles, treating students like prisoners, no internal marks are give. Is it all true? Should I join that college?

As of the time I am making this post, ITS MONSOON! Belagavi is one of, if not the best, places in Karnataka to roam around the surrounding nature spots and witness a "heaven on earth!"

Here's a humble post which may aid you to plan your next trip. This post will always be up for more suggestions and your amazing adventurous testimonies!

I am going to take help from the already-existing posts in this sub to compile a list of some places.

PRECAUTION: If you plan to go to any of these places, kindly be cautious of the risks you may have to face. Most of the places listed down below aren't safe at night as many drunkards and hooligans also visit these. The roads which lead to these places are also pretty damaged for the most part.

although this place isn't necessarily in Belgaum, its worth the extra kilometers to witness that amazing place. I say this as i have been to that place thrice and it is my favorite place around Belagavi (as of now) EVER!!!

if you can afford a day's evening and a 50km ride back and forth, 10/10 would recommend this place.

Swapnavel Viewpoint, very nearby to Tilari, is also a great place worth visiting:
If you ever plan to go to Swapnavel, just keep in mind that the road is garbage, the timing is from 9 AM to 6 PM, there is a 50₹ entry fee and did i mention the road is garbage?

Yellur is AN AMAZINGG FORT in this city, not only the view from the top is spectacular, but also is the ride to there extremely fun despite being a short one. 10/10 would recommend

Although windmills aren't "breathtaking place with spectacular view" place like the other mentioned before, these places do an extremely good job ay refreshing your soul. i've been to Kakati atleast 10 times now, not once has it failed me.

The only difference i know of between Bambarga and Kakati is that Bambarga is an open place, while Kakati is a bit packed with trees and stuff, and that's not a bad thing, it makes me like it more.

The above photo is just the surface of Mandoli. Reaching the hilltop involves an amazing ride and a hike, an awesome place during both sunsets and sunrise.

These are only some of the places I mentioned, and I didn't yet scratch the surface of waterfalls!

I will make another post about waterfalls worth visiting when i have enjoyed a few. I will, for the mean time, mention a few:

• Tilari Waterfalls (afaik it has a 250/- entry fee)
