I got this plant around a month ago. Since then it has no new leaf or flower. I have kept it in the maximum sunlight possible though I know its not enough. I water it twice a week & have tried adding potash & vermicompost. When I got it, it was too leggy so I pruned it also. Please help on how I can get it to thrive & flower. Now I feel the leaves have started looking sad too. 1st picture is the current one & 2nd picture is how it looked when I got it.

My rubber plant leaves have suddenly turned brown, mushy & droppy. I feel this is overwatering but not sure. Since its summer I increased its water to twice a week instead of 1. I have tried keeping it both in direct & indirect sunlight. Please help on how to revive it, thanks
