You would be living with two working professionals in a quiet LGBTQ+ household shared by queer people of color. We value cleanliness, communication, privacy, and maintaining a calm home environment.

This is not a party apartment. We generally keep structured schedules, socialize outside the apartment, and prefer a respectful, low-traffic living situation. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

IDEAL ROOMMATE

  • Financially stable with verifiable income
  • Able to meet landlord credit/application requirements
  • Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
  • Preferably works outside the home rather than fully remote
  • Mindful with guests and noise levels
  • Comfortable living in an LGBTQ+ household

STUDENTS
Students are welcome to apply, but a qualified guarantor will be required and must meet the landlord’s financial/documentation requirements.
