I need help with color grading...I'm literally going crazy...

I'm using premiere pro and my color management is at 2.2 web, and I exported using the gamma lut to fix things because it was still wrong without it..but it still doesn't look right once I exported it. It looks just as it should in VLC, but of course wrong in QuickTime which I learned why in Youtube (I'm editing with a macbook). When I went to upload into my Frame.io it looks wrong there too. I also sent it to myself in other ways including my phone (Android), and it's still wrong!

What else am I missing?
