Accidental duplication of Outlier account. Any help?
Also around a month back I just learnt about outlier and tried to make an account but due to some issues my verification failed.
So I left it at that point and the account remained uncreated.
Recently 3-4 days before I tried again to make an account with another mail and thought it wouldn't matter since the first account was actually never created (seriously I don't know why I chose new mail, should have done with prv mail but it kinda just didn't cross my mind) . But after verification when I clicked for practice project it just flagged my account duplicate.
I tried explaining to support that log in attempt and history of both account make it clearly visible that it was an accidental duplication. Still the only reply I get is that it was violating community guidelines and account will remain deactivated permanently.
Is there really no help now?
