I always see people in this community complain about so many things that have never happened to me. For example, client not letting you finish your intro, one party not wanting to spell something or doing it too fast, families interrupting the interpretation, clients getting angry at you for something that is the Lep’s fault.
I trust people’s experiences here - I’m not suggesting that’s it’s due to impatience or that it’s their perception of things nor anything. Like seriously, none of these things have ever happened to me. My question is genuine.

Pd: I think I’ve had just 1 rude client and 1 rude LEP. I’ve been working as an interpreter since march on Bilingual LS and then Propio for reference.

Bueno cuestion que me voy a pasar a propio y tenia pensado hacer dos sesiones de 3hrs cada una. Pero para saber si eso funcionaria tengo que hacerme una idea de la exigencia de las llamadas.

¿la mayoría de las llamadas son de video o de audio?

¿Suelen tener hold times? ¿hay muchas llamadas de scheduling?

¿hay customer service o llamadas legales o son en su mayoría medicas?
