quick context for anyone new: the official roster to join the batch is sitting in my bio! if we don't hit the 300 mark by the deadline, the maker just cancels the run and it’s like it never happened. nobody is stuck holding the bag.

if u want to make sure she actually gets made, the biggest cheat code is just dropping a screenshot of her in your gacha Discord servers, or tossing her on your stories for 24 hours so other fans see her.

guys i actually got emotional opening my email today.

after waiting 3+ weeks for those final proportional tweaks, the factory finally sent the completed V2 photos... and they absolutely cooked. 😭

they nailed the exact shape, the pink bow, the embroidery, everything. the wait was 1000% worth it to get her perfect. (swipe to see all angles, don't mind the factory ruler lol 💀).

i just officially gave the manufacturer the green light! 🟢

gotta give credit to the factory, the premium fabrics and embroidery came out so clean (sneaking a macro shot here for u guys 👀).

but turning our 2d art into a 3d plushie is wild physics lol. we gotta adjust some of her proportions and shapes just a tiny bit so she looks absolutely perfect from every angle.

im having them tweak the sewing lines right now for a V2! will probably add another week or so to the wait for them to send the fixed version, but it's gonna be a masterpiece.

sorry i’ve been completely silent for the last 6 days! after we locked in the visual design, i was about to greenlight the factory, but i realized if i don't give them strict physical instructions, they might use cheap fabrics or mess up her shape.

i literally didn't want to risk messing this up for everyone, so i went down a massive manufacturing rabbit hole. spent the last week researching plushie engineering, matching exact Pantone dye colors, and writing out a crazy material spec sheet (swipe to see the madness 💀).

today, the manufacturer was officially locked in and this blueprint was handed over! i'm talking with their product experts now to see if any of my specs need to be tweaked for real-world sewing physics, but this is the master plan.

once they approve it, the actual sewing begins! the clock officially starts now. tysm for your patience while i obsessed over getting this right. i will keep u updated! 🙏

hey guys! context for anyone new: we decided to pool some spare change to get a physical factory sample made, so we can finally get a real batch of phibi chupis for everyone to actually own lol.

did a final vote with the people who pitched in early, and the pink bow version won! (rip to the pout and the blue clip 🤧). took all night to fix the factory vectors but she's finally ready.

honestly can't believe we’re already at 86% of the factory's upfront fee. u guys are insane 😭
