Important remark : Even tho I explicitly stated it's only for indians. People are still asking if I can file for them so let me clear once and for all — You'd need an Indian national ID with a linked phone number even if you arrange that your country's meta team won't follow any orders of the Indian government nor the Indian government would handle foreign cases. I hope I make it make sense. Search if your country has a similar regulatory government body which handles social media sites incompliances under your country's IT rules.

I manage an Instagram account for an NGO. I have a creator account because of the restrictions on the music library in a business account. 2 days earlier, I posted a collaboration reel, which went on a spike, 47k views, and 200 new followers within 24 hours or less. A few hours later, the account got suspended. I submitted an appeal, but in the morning, the account was disabled. The next would be permanently disabled. I'm very worried about it. I can't submit another appeal. What should I do to recover it again? Please help.

With this being our last month working as reps, it really puts into perspective how uncertain things can feel right now. Lately, I’ve been seeing more and more people getting laid off, and hearing that around 8,000 jobs were cut this week makes everything feel even more unpredictable.
It’s difficult seeing talented people suddenly lose roles they thought were stable. No matter the reason, it reminds you how quickly things can change.

my instagram acc was suspended on grounds on integrity on 18th may around 6.53am and i submitted my appeal by 7.15am. its 20th may and my account is disabled now. i have complied and provided my video verification, identification documents (in my case aadhar) but to no avail. im not ready to let that account go - not because im attached to the people there but because it holds so many memories in my highlights. i would really appreciate if someone can help me get my accounts back.

First, I want to mention that I had 3 accounts associated with my email address.

Yesterday I made the switch from a Samsung to an Iphone. When I tried to log into my instagram account, for some reason the app would only recognize the least relevant account of all 3, a backup account that I made when my main one was hacked. Whenever I tried to log in with my main account’s username, the app would tell me the account does not exist and would redirrect me to that one backup account.

Today I logged into my backup account from my laptop and actually deactivated it because I did not need it anymore. Also I realized that all my accounts still have my old number so I updated it to my new phone number.

I tried to log into my 2 main accounts but SURPRISE - my accounts were temporary blocked due to suspicion of hacking since I tried to access it from multiple devices.

I have the username and the pass words but whenever I enter them, I get to the point where they ask me to add a code sent to my old number that I cannot access anymore…

I even got to the point of sending a selfie to verify my identity, they confirmed my identity but then I’m stuck again in this last step where they send me a verification code to a phone number I cannot access anymore.

It’s tiring, I tried absolutely anything… they do sent me verification codes on whats app on my new number and email but whatever I do, I get to that point with the code sent on my old number.

Is there anything I can do? I really need help.

I’m having a weird issue with Instagram and I can’t seem to fix it. My phone number is marked as “Limited Use” on two separate accounts. I tried removing the number from both accounts, but every time I do it, the app throws an error and the change never goes through. I’ve already tried using both app and browser.. nothing worked so far. and i dont feel comfortable using my number phone on instagram. it was just to recover my two new accs.

hs anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to fully remove or reset the phone number from Instagram’s system? PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello. First of all, I would be very, very, very, very grateful if you could help me 😔. Recently, my Instagram account, where I create content, was closed. I've always been careful about even the slightest bit of vulgarity. Despite this, my account was initially closed on the grounds that I was "under 13," and I had the chance to appeal. I appealed, but due to internet issues, the facial verification option disappeared, and I was forced to use ID verification. However, the process, which usually takes 3-5 days, was rejected as soon as I submitted my ID, and despite being over 13, my account is permanently closed, and I can no longer appeal. I suspect there was a problem with the ID verification or it wasn't properly investigated. Is there anyone who can help me, and what can I do?
