Got my account back after permanently suspended for 4 months

My account had over 96k followers i was permanently disabled in May 24th out of nowhere I finally got it back, after many attempts i failed… I saw so many people keep spamming GAC or Whatever that is… my request to meta agent got rejected like 4 times on a $22 subscribers lol Thursday it worked, and I got in touch with them and sadly they don’t give a shit what you say lol I thought I would be able to send screenshots for my suspicions… and I waited for 3 days no response… today my account was back and i already opened another account with the same username I thought shit that one is gone too, got scared logging in, I’m permanently restored…

Small courts news update for anyone

has anyone got any news of their account being reinstated (or not) after filing small claims to California and served meta ? please detail with time line if you did.

I started filling small claims on 16/08 , e- filling got accepted on 18/06 by clerk and I served meta yesterday. my court date is on 01/12

also, never trust meta verified. This is a total scam. I had Meta MAX and I got with an agent who assured me they took my case to a intern review team on 02/07. I’ve waited 1 month and half and this morning they closed the ticket without saying anything :)

possible for a minor to recover a disabled instagram account?

My instagram account was suspended about a week ago, after appealing and waiting for a week, Instagram decided to permanently disable my account.

I did my own research, and apparently the only method that mostly works is through GAC or taking legal action.

Im 17 and I'm not sure if it's even possible to recover my account, I remember someone saying that teenagers can never recover their accounts. But I'm just looking for general advice and confirmation about this.

I don't believe this is a false ban, but more of a misunderstanding of what I sent. as I'm almost 100% sure someone who I argued with reported something that I sent and got me banned. But this account had really important connections and information and cant afford to lose it.

I'm also looking for a way to find my following list some way so I can refollow the accounts I was following.

Thank you

Instagram claims my notifications are not on, keeps trying to get me to turn them on, but they are entirely on via my Settings

I have not received Instagram notifications besides messages in probably two years, so no post notifs or live stream notifs. Other friends of mine have experienced nearly identical issues and other people online have basically said it is just an Instagram glitch so I have not really cared.

But now today, I open the app and I have all of these pop-ups from the app, saying that my notifications are turned off when that is not the case. I’ve added images to show what the pop-up messages are and what my Settings looks like. I have tried turning the notifications off in my settings, restarting my phone and then turning them back on, but that does not work. I have tried reinstalling the app and that also has not worked. I have tried logging out and back in and that has not worked. What else can I do? This is really annoying.

Every account I make after my account got banned keeps getting suspended

I 17f, yes my account got compromised like 13-15 days ago and it got banned after being suspended. Later I made another account on a separate device with a completely different email and phone number and it got suspended as well..hell even, the mail is got disabled.
I made a new account and it had been working great for the past 2-3 days and suddenly it got suspended for no reason. I did t follow everyone I knew in a rush nor I lied about anything on my account. Why does this keep happening that whenever I make or log in to a new/old account it just keeps getting suspended or banned..the same phone which account was compromised from.
I need help.!!!

Edit: it had 2 step verification but I didn’t put verification selfie.

Recently Subhashree account was suspended - in 2 days it's back

Ultimately it all depends how big your account is - how many people will retweet for you.

1.4M account of Subhasree was recently suspended for no clear reason, she posted on X, and thousands of people were commenting and reposting that mark you resign, instagram ceo resign etc etc

And in 2 days her account is back, and i was closely looking into it, i did not even closed her instagram url in my browser and was refreshing every 8 hours and it surprised me today to see that her account is back

And guess what she removed her X post, so obviously things are darker that side.

before this incident I did not know who she was, but this X thing and suspension made me know her

but you know was, it's so unfair to people like us who have not big following, what we do? we post on X nobody sees it, literally this is so frustrating.

Guys any ideas how can we make our things reach to meta people? can we together do something?

adding phone number?

just appealed my suspended integrity account. the only thing that pops up when i open the app is it asking for my phone number.

I believe this number was associated to another account that got banned originally, so would this matter? Anyone with any experience.

Please any help or recommendation is appreciated.

How you all are filing the Meta GO complaint for a disabled Instagram account?? I can't find the right option.

I'm trying to file a complaint with Meta's Grievance Officer before going to GAC but I'm stuck at the GO form.

My IG account was permanently disabled after an appeal and the current GO form doesn't seem to have any option specifically for a wrongfully disabled/suspended Instagram account.

I've seen people saying to select the 3rd option which now is "I’ve lost access to a page or a group that I used to manage" but when I select it..the next step asks me to **declare that the content I’m reporting is unlawful**. That doesn't accurately describe my complaint.

**If you have actually filed a GO complaint for a disabled IG account and then proceeded to GAC..could you please tell me exactly which option you selected and what you entered in the following steps?**

Please help . I've been trying to figure this out for days and genuinely don't want to submit the wrong declaration. 🙏

Lost one of my imp acc again. 🥀

Meta disabled one of my accounts AGAIN. It was a public account, and my reach was finally getting better and better.

But then Meta disabled it again, and honestly, I don’t even know what the problem is anymore.

They seriously need to change their AI system, agents, or whatever sht is causing this because this is getting way too much.

I’ve literally tried everything everyone suggested:
1.Got a new device.
2.Got a new number.
3.Appealed through Chrome instead of directly through Instagram.
4.Used real IDs—my own fcking ID.

What else do they want?
My life? 🙏🏻

Honestly, Meta, this is so disappointing. It’s getting ridiculous at this point.

And this might genuinely be the 200th account of mine that has been suspended or disabled.

Still, if anyone knows how to recover a disabled Instagram account, PLEASE help me out.

So not done with you Meta.
But totally disappointed.

No More Instagram Bans

Enough is enough. Too many people are losing access to their Instagram accounts because of what feels like broken moderation, automated decisions, and almost no meaningful support.

We need to make our voices heard.

Share your experiences. Sign and share petitions. Raise the issue on social media. Tag Meta and its leadership. Reach out to journalists, creators, and influencers who can help bring attention to the problem.

This isn’t about attacking anyone. It’s about demanding better moderation, transparent appeals, and real human support when accounts are wrongly disabled.

For many of us, Instagram isn’t just an app. It holds years of memories, connections, conversations, and important data.

If you’ve been affected by unfair bans or failed appeals, speak up. The more people who share their experiences responsibly, the harder it becomes to ignore the problem.

Let’s organize, raise awareness, and push for meaningful change.

We deserve better support from the platforms we trust.
