I had a total hysterectomy about 8 years ago and about six months later had to have bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. I was on HRT for a couple weeks after but decided I didn't want to do that, so I was then in medically induced menopause.

Is there really any reason I need to do anything with "Cycle Insights"? After looking at it and setting it up, my thought is no. I don't know why I would need to track anything if I haven't had a period in 8 years and have already gone through menopause.

Am I missing something?
