Sticky pads are magic.

FYI - for post -surgery one-handed jar opening and etc. got these on AMZ and they are super helpful. I ordered more - 2 different sizes. I’ll use them forever.

Concerns about recovery

My CTS is scheduled for next Tuesday. I’ve had the condition for several years, and of course it’s gotten worse over time, so I am expecting a transposition. I’m super conserved about the post-op situation and how to cope.
I’m 73 and live alone. Fortunately my daughter will come stay with me for a few days, but after that I’m on my own.

Does anyone have advice/ tips and tricks about how to live life with one arm ? Like how to pull on pants, get dressed in general, deal with food prep, open bags and bottles, etc. (I imagine I’ll be braless for some weeks. )

I’m more worried about this than I was for my open heart surgery 7 years ago! ( I had a friend staying with me then)

Any advice is welcome…
