My workout plan
Info:
24M 90 kg 172 cm (198 lbs 5'8"). I'm working out for a 1.5 years. I've high body fat, didn't measure it but looks like it's about 25%. My previous workout routine was some kind of split with day for chest+biceps, back+triceps, shoulder+core and legs. But that routine feels exhausting and inefficient.
I'm thinking low volume and high intensity workout sessions would benefit me more.
What do you think of the routine I planned right now, exercise order and selection-wise? What kind of cardio you can suggest for someone cutting with this routine?
