How do you jump ships?
hello everyone,
this is my first SE role, and i work in distiburtion that helps sell different saas products and vendors like hpe, juniper, nutanix, veeam, etc.
for those that work at a OEM or a vendor, how do you work your way "up" a SE role? and the second question is, if you want to jump ships do you have to learn a new software again depending on the company?
like, it doesnt seem like you can work your way up in a SE role, you just jump across the board and re learn another solution to me?
for my seasoned SE, how has it been for yall?
