Ive been taking 33mg zinc picolinate at night for only 4 weeks and ive seen very good progress on my feet. Ive had 20+ warts on both of my feet for a decade and tried many things and nothing really worked. So im really happy this is working, some of them are completely gone and the one i had on my finger completely dissapeared within like 6 days 😁 I will post an update when they are all gone and how long it took!
