So I got an email saying that my concession nol card will expire in 30 days, even though on my card it says that it would expire in 2030, and that I should renew it atleast 15 days before.

So I went to the rta website to renew it and paid and everything and thought that my balance would be transferred over (I had 43 AED in the old one) but it wasnt. I checked the new one and it said only 20 was there (while I was paying they said 20 AED of what I paid would go in the card but I thought my previous balance would also carry over).

Then when i went to check my old student nol cards balance it said that I had 43 in it but that it was blocked. Is it possible I can go to any metro station and get it refunded there? As I dont have an option to on the nol pay app itself. And I'd probably get married and have a few kids before I get any customer support response. Also when I was renewing the card I chose to apply for the ISIC (International Student Identity Card) option so is that a reason why it wasnt transferred over?
