Hey guys , bit confused but wondering if someone can help me.
I’m being paid £20 tomorrow, a bit of backstory is I’ve been off sick because I have extremely unwell, if I am right, the law changed on the 6th of April that you are eligible for SSP from the 1st full day of absence, I have been absent for 4 weeks full now. I also worked a shift before the cut off of this pay day? I’m just confused how this has happened? If I’m right and speak to my manager will I get the pay tomorrow or will it be next month? I’m sure I’m right but I want to check here first Thanks!
