For those handling APE/PEME duties, paano po usual compensation setup kapag high volume ang patients? Fixed PF lang po ba usually, or may additional per patient rate after a certain number? Mga around ilang patients po usually yung cutoff bago magstart yung additional compensation, and magkano po common range? Thank you po.
