Currently I’m on 482 visa and my company is not willing to sponsor 186.
Anyone experience this and successfully find another sponsorship who are willing to take transfer and sponsoring 186?
I’m actively applying job and stating i need sponsorship for visa on my cover letter.
Is it really common for company not sponsor 186 after 482?
My company said they are willing to sponsor me for 482.
But currently my salary does not meet the threshold.
Around 3k low.
Does it mean that company is willing to meet my salary to the required number?
I asked about this and my manager said she didnt know there was a salary minimum. And she said maybe it’s not possible to do if they need to adjust my salary..
My understanding is when they say yes for sponsoring 482, hr and leadership already thought this matter with conditions to meet to do the visa.
