Fiancee (47M) has lied to me (37F)

Hi there! I am having a dilemma and dont know how to approach this with my fiancee... how to even let him KNOW I know about the dishonesty.

My fiancee (47m) and I (37f) have been living together for about a year. He has been sick and hasnt worked since hes moved in. I have been taking care of the entire household and it is really starting to weigh on me. I also have a young son who I am responsible for.

My fiancee likes to partake in some 🍃 due to illness. I, of course, reluctantly have been providing funds for this. It has become a LOT, he is doing more and more, and I have mentioned that he really needs to cut back, as my financial situation has become pretty strained.

Well- today his "friend" messaged me. (He has no idea i have the guys number, as I had wondered about how much hes been spending for a while... and got the number to speak to him about it)

I have sent him with say, $20 in cash each time the past couple times... and hes been coming home saying he got "hooked up"

Well, I learned today that is not the case.

Apparently, he has told this person twice now that I am sending "the other $20" to him on an app... but I "Forgot"

The guy messaged me to make sure that was the case, which is how I found out. Mortified, I told him that I had no clue that was happening, and he said he figured. Sent me screen shots of texts that my fiancee had sent proving that he DID, in fact, say I would be sending money and I "forgot"

I gave the money to the guy, and im furious.

Me and him agreed that I would tell my fiancee that he sent me a payment request for the amount owed, so that my fiancee wouldnt know that I have this guys number and speak with him.

When fiancee came home I mentioned the "payment request" and he goes "oh! He didnt mean to send that dont worry about it"

Just so casually lied!

My thing is- my trust feels SO broken- and I have no clue how to actually confront my fiancee about knowing he lied about me sending more money to this guy. How can I confront him?

The CRAZIEST lucid dream just happened (I told someone none of this is real)

I think maybe I got some crazy answer last night in this dream- and its got me all messed up!

I often have dreams of my car crashing- and also lucid dream often as well.

Well, last night, a car crash triggered a lucid dream that has totally got me questioning everything about reality.

I was with my fiancee in the car and, of course, we wind up swerving off the road and crashing into a parking deck attached to the entrance of a mall.

After the crash I looked to the back to make sure my fiancee was ok, and thought to myself "shit! No! This is supposed to be a dream crash!"

Thats when I looked to my hands (they are my lucid dream tell- they are always blurry and have more than the normal amount of fingers)

I realized it WAS a dream and a wave of relief washed over me.

The dream cut to me and fiancee sitting in the back of a truck at the entrance of the mall, people milling about.

For whatever reason, I decided to speak to this young blonde girl passing us- and said something I KNEW I shouldn't, but curiosity had gotten the better of me, and I felt compelled.

I said to her "You know that none of this is real??"

Thats when things completely changed.

She got this horrified look on her face, turned and walked fast away from me. Everyone else milling about did the same thing.

I got out of the truck and walked into the mall, watching everyone essentially run away from me

I found this older woman with short white hair and glasses (who I SWEAR is the same woman who was in a dream and helped me when I did something stupid like this before)

I walked to her and she looked at me out of the corner of her eye while continuing to walk and said under her breath "you arent allowed to say that here. He doesn't like it!'

I asked her quietly "well, is this real?"

She said, again not daring to look me in the eye, "I cannot answer that!" With a sense of fear and urgency.

So I tried one more thing... I asked her "ok, is my world real? Or is this world I come to when I fall asleep the real one? Squeeze me if its the last one I said"

The woman slightly smirked in recognition of my work around for her to answer, and said something I couldnt decipher but smiling took my hand as if in greeting and squeezed it, looked at me, and then I woke up...

I dont know what to make of the dream- it was SUCH a bizarre exchange!
