Why, oh why did they suddenly use the french name for Moonglum in the german translation of the new Elric comic volume? He was Mondmatt until the last one but now they just didn't translate his name from the french original. It's consistent through the whole volume, it had to be a deliberate decision to use "Tristelune" instead of the proper german translation "Mondmatt" (literally moon-dim or -matte). I need answers!

Since there was some interest about the deck of Elric cards I put together, I give you a few more. Since it's a whole 100 card deck with even some extra cards, I think it's impossible to showcase the entire thing. There are a few already shown cards on the first image, but it felt wrong to exclude them next to their artist's other work.

Post inspired by u/EcclesianSteel . Last year I finally finished a project for my partner that was in the making for some time. I gave her Elric-inspired Magic the Gathering Commander deck a complete Elric makeover and made for every single card in the deck an elric proxy/variant, including the lands of course.

It's meant to showcase the great work that is the Moorcock multiverse and especially Elric (Elric is like 90%) and also celebrate all the different styles in which Elric and his world is interpreted in. From the greats like Whelan's pantsless, iconic Elrics and Telo's comic illustrations to smaller artists on social media that show the world in their unique style like Bugbart and Clade Mirya.

Idk how much will be readable when I upload, but at least all cards are readable on the original photos ✌️
