Gen 1 issue
Hello, my partner bought some Ray-Ban Meta Glasses Gen 1 from Facebook Marketplace. We already asked the seller for the original receipt, but unfortunately they do not have it anymore.
The glasses are having internal issues, including videos not importing when I record they do light up but won’t import videos, and losing connection, and files showing as 0 KB. I’ve already tried factory resetting them, and I’m currently speaking with Meta Support. Since there is no original receipt available, I wanted to know if there is anything else I can try to fix them.
At this point, my last option may be buying a new pair directly from the Meta website so they’ll be covered under warranty.
But I want to see if THEYRES anything else I can do or anyone recommend anything, I feel like I’ve tried everything.
