Working at Sam’s?

Hey, my manager said that when I come back to Georgia and just need a few hours, I can work at either any Walmart or Sam’s Club. How does that work? Working at Sam’s Club, any difference, or is it as easy as throwing me on the schedule?

Workflow

I’m a tech with 3 years of experience in the type of tech who spends a little bit of time in all queues. If I start in product, I’m probably going to end up in adjudication in the next 20-25 minutes, then onto data, then contact, then back to product. How possible is this at Walmart trying to get acclimated before I start my first shift because I know every pharmacy does it differently?

New tech

As the title says, I’m going to be a new tech at Walmart pharmacy. I’m somewhat new, though I already have 3 years of retail experience. I’m just moving to a place that doesn’t have Publix anymore. We use McKesson Enterprise RX, which is more mouse-based than keyboard. I’m wondering how will my transition from one system to this one go? It can’t be too much different.

Also, second question: I’ve seen a lot of conflict with this question. Do I have to wear the blue smock or can I wear my black scrubs?

ShiftRx

Have any of you used Shiftrx in the Dallas tx area? I’m a dual-license pharmacy technician. I barely get any shifts where I live in Georgia. I live in the Woodstock, GA area. I’ve been on the app for 2 years and have never gotten one shift. I’m wondering if it would be different in the Dallas tx area.
