I recently have been coming to terms with the fact that I'm probably autistic. I'm finding it very hard. I'm seeking diagnosis but of course that takes a long while.

I don't really have any mates, and it would be nice to speak to people who understand or are on the same wavelength.

Are there any local social groups or support groups in Brighton for autistic adults (esp women/nb ppl) that would be worth checking out?
