Hey Sarnia Trades Folks — Help a Brother out? (2-minute anonymous survey on shift work & mental health)
Hey everyone,
I’m a local guy working on a project specifically for workers in Sarnia’s chemical and industrial sector.
We all know the reality out here: 12-hour shifts, night rotations, spring and fall shutdowns, and the toll it takes on your body, family life, and mental headspace. On top of that, standard 9-to-5 therapy operating hours are basically useless when you're working overtime, and nobody wants to deal with corporate HR or go sitting in some public waiting room where everyone sees you.
I’m trying to build a new on-site, totally private support resource designed by local tradespeople for local tradespeople. But before I put real money and effort into building this out, I need to know if you guys would actually give a shit or use something like this if it existed.
I put together a 2-minute survey. It’s 100% anonymous—no emails, no names, no tracking. I just want straight, honest feedback from people on the tools or doing shift work.
If you've got two minutes while sitting in your truck or on break, I’d really appreciate your thoughts:
