I recently found this small sandwich place on Yonge Street called Substreet Subs & Dogs, and I honestly don’t know why I hadn’t heard about it before.
They bake their buns in-house, make the food fresh in front of you, and the sandwiches come with fresh-cut chips. I tried their homemade burger. it was only $9.99 and they didn’t charge extra for additional toppings.
Good portion, fresh food and really friendly service. It’s a small local place that’s easy to miss, but definitely worth trying if you’re around Richmond Hill.
Their footlong hot dogs are footlong and come with fresh-cut chips.
