Hi! Just started getting physically active this year.
I am on caldef (1500-1800 cal per day), 3x a week lifting, 1x pilates, 2-3x a week short elevated walking.

I noticed I can’t lift much, but I did my research and I really need to build muscle. I am okay with my weight already but have stubborn skinny fat here and there.

Question: Will taking creatine help to progressive overload?
