Hear me out. I know this sounds a bit overkill but it's the entertainment business! In the title rounds 4 and 5 a crocodile is released in the octagon. This would boost the fighters morale to finish the fight quicker. Here are the rules. Rule nr 1 : It is forbidden to attack the crocodile. Rule nr 2 : The crocodile comes in hungry. Rule nr 3 : If the fight comes to a decision a second crocodile will be released inside the octagon and we will get additional 5 rounds. Octagon is 10 % smaller in size and the title fight purse is 10 million dollars for the winner and 5 million for the loser. If a fighter dies the family will receive 500 K and free UFC tickets for the next 6 months. Can you imagine the pay per view money ? The world would stand still.
My thoughts about this whole thing : No one is forced to sign the contract. It is of free will, a decision that a grown man can do by himself. No one is forced to do this. The crocodiles will be released free into the nature when the fight is over. Dont come at me with the " Omg this is sick and twisted! " Please stop. We had lions released at gladiators back in the day, heads were rolling and no one gave a fuck, your ancestors were hammered while cheering in the audience.
