Has anyone got any insights into the culture within the legal teams at Revolut in London?

I’ve recently been approached regarding a legal role there and have heard pretty mixed things online about culture/work-life balance, so keen to hear from people with actual experience (particularly within legal or adjacent teams).

Appreciate it’s a fast-growth environment and probably team/ manager-dependent, but would be really interested in any honest perspectives, positives or negatives. Thanks in advance!
