Saw this listing for a refurbished blower and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this company and if thy are worth buying from. I have never bought a refurbished tool before

Just bought this air compressor today and I hear a lot of water in the tank but when i open the bottle valve nothing comes out what should i do and i also noticed when i got home that the bottle paint is coming off should i be concerned about that too
