in my GT 30 Pro, idk when its gonna released in my region

I casual screen recording my gameplay but then when I check the footage the audio isn't captured, I checked the setting to make sure I enable the recording audio, the setting is enable but the audio of the footage still isn't captured

I try to download other screen recording and the results stay the same

Any idea, or this is a bug in this phone
