Sleep Fragmentation Issues still with ASV help!!!

So I've been posting alot this week as I just started ASV (airbreak plus on a Resmed airsense 10). I'm finding I need to lower my settings alot more than on Bipap to keep myself from getting aerophagia. I am also tossing and turning alot closer to the morning when I should be in REM. This didn't happen when I was on bipap so I was wondering if anyone has a clue what's going on based on my charts? Also I have classic UARs. Athletic build, not fat. High RDI (22/hr in Polysomnography)

An overall view of last night's data

Zoomed in picture of a cluster with alot of flow limitations closer to the morning time (when I should be getting deep REM)

A closer look at the waveform at that time. It's looking rough lol

I think ASV has its merits but the waveforms have been worse on ASV vs Bipap (S mode).

My waveform when I'm on Bipap and around the same time (closer to morning)

HELP! On ASV but having micro-arousals through the night especially around the morning time!!

So I have started ASV (backup rate turned off) (airsense 10 w/ airbreakplus) for about 2 weeks now. It has helped with my aerophagia alot but I still can't go that high. Around EPAP 6.2, I will get severe aerophagia so I've been hovering around EPAP 5.8-6.0. I have to exclusively sleep on my left side or the burping will wake me up. But anyway, my pressure support is 3.2-8.0. I haven't really dialed anything in and I would love some help on this too.

My biggest problem is I am getting these micro-arousals that I will wake up especially around morning time (a few hours before I have my alarm set). I will be able to go back to sleep but I will wake up a little after consistently. I am wondering if I am suffering from high gain loop or my asv settings aren't just dialed in? I am also getting a good deal of unclassified apneas (which I know ASV will mark OSAs and Centrals as unclassified but not sure what they are actually).

Any help from you sleep pros out there would be great. For context, I have UARs with mild OSA (RDI: 22/hr, AHI: 9). I use a p30i mask, flonase, and intake nasal strips for nasal congestion.

Attached is my sleepHQ: https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/9d6f8113-d046-4ebd-b51f-3243edec7a2e

I will also attach screenshots of a few nights from OSCAR.

Last night's data

Zoomed into a portion of my unclassified apneas in last night's data

What my flow rate graph looks like when everything's chill from last night's data

Zoomed into a portion of the events happening close to the morning. I'm having clusters of these and it looks identical across all these unclassified apneas. I suspect this can be whatever is waking me up. How to get rid of these?

If you want to see other night's data, just look at SleepHQ. Please help especially u/carlvoncosel and u/RippingLegos__

Help titrating my new ASV!

Hi! I was on BiPAP (Resmed Airsense 10 with AirBreak Plus w/ backup rate off) but because of recommendation from this sub I started using ASV. The main driver was aerophagia which is now much less than on BiPAP. I had translated my settings from BiPAP(VAuto mode) to ASV(ASV standard mode) and noticed things got better but my airway labs shot up from 1.3 to 1.5 glasgow index and AHI went from 1.2 average to 2.3 average with alot of "unclassified apneas". I already believe I have suboptimal therapy on BiPAP and have ways to go in optimizing ASV. I am currently running EPAP 6.0 and PS 3.0-7.0. Any help in titrating would be helpful! Attached are some photos of my most recent night of OSCAR data.

I am also using flonase and intake nasal strips for my nighttime nasal congestion. Any help would be superb!

My SleepHQ data is here: https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/81d0cf20-944f-4539-83d1-c24c22103561

Overall zoomed out OSCAR data.

Here is a cluster of unidentified apneas (not sure what they are, but all the unidentified apneas look like this)

Here's my zoomed-in flow rate graph. It doesn't look like I'm breathing all that regularly and doesn't look remotely like that ideal \"sine wave\" flow rate. Any help in getting that fixed with pap therapy would be awesome.

Help Needed for Self-Titrating on BiPAP!

Long time lurker here but have never posted anything. I am coming to help because I feel I am shooting from the hip with my Bipap settings while self-titrating. I was diagnosed with mild OSA with an RDI of 22. I have UARs especially given my nasal congestion (taking Flonase now which helps a ton) and I am 5'11" male, 145 pounds lean athletic build.

Given all this, I got an AirBreak AirSense 10 with all the modes unlocked. I have been using Vauto mode with the range set to zero, so it's basically S-mode. I would love some help with how my data is looking and where to go from here.

Currently, I am running EPAP 6.6/IPAP 10.8 (PS 4.4) and I've been waking up still feeling like a zombie throughout the day. I also suffer from aerophagia when I push my EPAP to around 7 (I'm also taking a Vitamin D supplement as recommended in this sub).

Here is my SleepHQ data: https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/e27b2d80-cf71-4305-895c-e05c9a8cb06e

I'd love to hear especially from u/carlvoncosel and u/RippingLegos__
