Looking for a guild, im a 1700 Elo player im looking for an active guild that has slightly high elo players

Im currently on a guild on my own, i just completed two missions but it only shows that i can get 50 tokens. So how can i get more tokens + if anyone has an active guild that i can join i would be so grateful.
