With some people who reserved already being able to order
It very much seems like they just didn't actually have any stock left and oversold the controller considering it's been 8 days and many of us still have not received our order let alone it not being sent out yet. What are the chances they just sold more than they had in stock and a lot of us just got the short end of the stick having to wait for new stock. That would certainly explain their 6-10 day window perfectly lining up with reservations.
I think we should all remember this happening and not accept something as abnormal as the product we buy not following the 2-3 standard to be shipped out to begin with. It's one thing to have delivery delays but this is a completely different situation and Valve better make a proper statement for this.
It is unacceptable charging me money for a product they have not just failed to deliver on when it comes to their promised original expected date but to do it instantly and not even have it shipped out after 8 days is out of this world shameless, especially with how radio silent they are with this issue and support refusing to answer any questions regarding it.
