I use a laundry Matt for pick up drop off. I was got an email about an order applied to my account. It wasn’t mine. I didn’t have any orders at their store at the time. I texted them instantly and they apologized and said that customer was in the store at that moment so it wouldn’t get charged to me. I’m just curious how this could occur if I didn’t have any orders there at the time.
