Help, My custom mixer isnt working

I'm sorry if this is not the correct spot to post this, and ask my questions if I left out any info. Also, yes, I know it's messy, and maybe the wrong things were touching, but no, I triple checked, and I'll clean it up after it is working. I had AI help me mock this up, as I am familiar with soldering and building with electronics, just not as knowledgeable on the sound side.

----What it is supposed to do -----
mix audio input from 2 pcs for one set of headphones.

POTS A10k
Buttons 5v Latching
Aux Ports

----Problems----

  1. Super quiet windows were at full, but it was still quiet at full on the mixer
  2. mute doesn't work
  3. *SOLVED turning volume up and down reversed. (I switched GND and Input)
