Help Interpreting Lab Work - Terrible Insomnia, Fatigue, Mood Swings, Polyuria

Hey y'all, been dealing with these symptoms for almost three years now, and every sleep medication marginally improves my sleep and I have to rotate them frequently. I've ruled out every cause of my insomnia (many awakenings at night) It's been extremely debilitating to say the least. I FINALLY have some lab work that seems to somewhat point to hyperparathyroidism, but it's not a shoe in. I would love some feedback from you all.

When I take a Vitamin D or Calcium supplement, my sleep gets significantly worse for a night.

26 Year old Male

CONTEXT: Calcium has been about 10.3 all the way back to when symptoms began, and has been 10.4 on the last three blood tests, spaced 3-4 months apart.

Vitamin D was measured at 30 a year ago and now is 21.

There are some ranges online (including UCLA) that mark 5.2 as the upper limit for ionized calcium.
