Extremely Loud Christian Music???
Has anybody else experienced this before? I’m on the Ensenada cruise right now and during lunch at the buffet, they started playing music that was much louder than normal. Turns out it was a conga line for the chefs and some of the other workers.
Ok, cool, they’re done right?
Nope. Next it’s the chicken dance! I didn’t see anybody doing it because, you know, we just wanted to eat our tasteless buffet meal.
Then, a hype person came on the mic and was asking everyone if they wanted more! Most of the people in my vicinity were shaking their heads no. So of course they started singing. The strange thing is that it was an overtly Christian song. If a song is written well and I’m in the right context, I can be fine with it. But I’m in a buffet trying to eat and the music is blasting at around 95db as measured by my phone while I’m being force evangelized.
THAT, I am not ok with. It was a big turn off.
Anyways, rant over. I feel like I’m going to get flamed for this, lol.
