Upscale spots for 30-40 year old people looking to enjoy nightlife without PUMPING LOUD music and body to body dancing. Any lounges to meet interesting established adults?

Solo American traveller 🙂 I could absolutely do an underground EDM rave with people in their 20’s and 30’s for maybe Friday night but … I’m also 34(f) and would enjoy a more relaxed, live music, older established upscale crowd.
