Can I get into a uni?

Sorry, I don't know if this question is absurd or stupid. I wanna go to what my friends consider a 'real' college. I don't think any less of people who attend community college, and I know it's the much cheaper path. I really want to emphasize that I do not think less of people who go to community college, lol. I just really want to go to a university, like, a lot. I dropped out in 6th, plan on getting my GED obviously. Is it realistic to think I might be able to get into a uni? What would I have to do to get into one, without the community college?

Dropped out in 6th grade, (mental health and family issues) I wasn't homeschooled or anything. I'm 18 now and I struggle with any multiplication that goes past 10 and just division in general. Ive been trying to learn, but Ill get so demotivated. I'll watch a video to help learn something and nothing sticks. I am autistic, and I have ADHD. I feel like I'll never get anywhere with any of this honestly. I won't give up, but sometimes I just start sobbing in the middle of the day because I feel like my life is over.
