I finally fixed my frametime spikes and input lag
I thought my PC was just weak, but most of the issue ended up being Windows background settings and bad NVIDIA defaults.
The biggest improvements for me were:
- disabling unnecessary startup/background apps
- changing low latency settings
- fixing fullscreen optimization settings
- cleaning up Windows gaming features
Games feel WAY smoother now, especially Valorant and LoL.
