I live in New England and we have been having crazy temperature fluctuations. 90s one day and 60 or lower the next. My apartment is far from temperature controlled so the outside temp does affect my snake’s tank. Are there any good smart heat lamps to help keep the temp in the tank consistent?

Driving to work this morning around 4am and I saw a dog on the street by the DPW building. It wasn’t a dog, it was a Coyote with what looked like mange. No signs of rabbies though. I was hoping it was the red Fox I use to see by that baseball field.
