How does the slave trade works in 1.13?
The question is in the title really. To give a bit more context I’m playing as an evil USA on 1.13.5 and reenacted Slave Trade Law but I don’t really know how the importation works. I’ve got two protectorates, one in Kongo, the other is Oyo (part of modern day Nigeria I’d say) but I don’t think I’m importing anything.
