Will Tesla compensate me at all?

I bought a 2023 LR AWD Model 3 used from Tesla, and the delivery was delayed 2 weeks because of a dent in the car that was not described. I already discontinued insurance on my current car because I was expecting delivery, and my family is down a car because of another vehicle being in service right now. Huge inconvenience to say the least. A friend of mine had something similar happen on his used Model Y and got $500 back. Anyone have a similar story? How should I go about it? Not expecting anything obviously but I feel it’s worth trying.

I asked earlier about the Model 3 I purchased and got immense support from this sub. However, I’ve just encountered something unexpected- I filled the credit app through Tesla app today and immediately got approved for a 13% APR. I talked to the sales rep at my local Tesla store yesterday and it seemed like Tesla has its own financing that would approve me at the 7.19% plastered across the website, not that they’d just sell my information to bidding banks and report their offers back to me. I am absolutely not paying 13%. Do I wait on the Tesla app offers to improve, will they? Should I take it straight to the credit union? Your advice earlier was so great, I’d appreciate some more now as my car buying circumstances just greatly changed!

I just purchased a Model 3 from Tesla inventory with 21,000 miles on it. I’m extremely excited and pretty content that I made the right choice. I’m just wondering if anyone has advice on making it last as long as possible, or any advice as I await delivery of the car!
