Has anyone had an experience with shady antique malls? I just left a place and I can’t decide if they are grifters or just very unwell. What are some red flags?

Anyone else in Olympia struggling (thriving despite!) Hashimotos? Or another related autoimmune disease/ thyroid dysfunction? Even better, was anyone suffering with hashimotos in the past and now you feel great and you can share what you did differently??? Is there a group or meetup?
