Bondgate: Decision

I dont know how but we won.

We get our bond back in 7 days if they dont appeal.

I think I feel happy?

I can post the evidence and how I went about it if y'all want? After the 7 days.

I have succeeded for the first time in my life.

BONDGATE: 180 DAYS LATER

Moved out on 18 February 2026.

Nearly 180 days later, the bond dispute is still alive.

The agent claimed for windows and painting. I disputed the entire claim and submitted evidence showing pre-existing damage, deteriorated window frames, paint failure, roof moisture and other property issues.

Consumer Protection has had the matter for months.

The decision has now apparently been completed and is only waiting for line-manager approval before being issued to everyone.

So here we are.

Almost six months after handing back the keys, I am still waiting to find out who gets my own bond money.

Once the decision arrives, i begin the next stage.

Bondgate continues.
