CT/XR/MR PHOTOS : Surgeons suggested ALIF 360. R leg strength down 50%. Stability questionable. No wipeout yet. Constant 24 hour level 4-9 pain for 8 weeks lower r lumbar area and referred pain deep in hip.Had 2 epidurals 2 weeks ago. morning pain from 8-9 to 5-6. Can’t sit in a car comfortably for any amount of time.Tylenol for breakfast Advil to follow all day. Any strong proponents of an L5/ S1 fusion via ALIF 360 at UCSF ? wait it out ?vertebrae level 2 L5 spondy from a chiropractor breaking my pars in the 80’s. slipped forward for 38 years.
