
PTA Need help building my "adaptive deck" using GD04-067 Turn A Gundam (WIP Deck)
Hello r/GundamTCG! As you can see on my title I really need help optimizing my Gundam Card Game deck. I'm new to the TCG and I'm loving it so far it got me building a non-meta(?) deck because I like being off-meta and having unique gameplay. I saw GD04-067 Turn A Gundam and I thought, "Isn't this overpowered?" or something like that lolol. So I wanted to build a deck around it. And then something really fun (to me at least) happened.. On April 10, 2026, this card had a recent errata https://www.gundam-gcg.com/asia-en/news/01_236.html which not only can I take keywords from my trash but now I can also steal a keyword from my opponent's trash.
This changed how I wanted to build my deck, I can basically be a huge d**k and annoy my opponents with my stall/deny deck and then if given the opportunity, transform into an aggressive deck.
I built this deck with the concept of being adaptive, flexible, synergistic, and chaotic (at some point). It's basically a control/stall/deny deck BUT if my opponent's deck is hyper-aggressive, I also turn hyper-aggressive with this deck, specially if my opponent would have the keywords; High-Manuever, Breach, Suppression, etc. And since I'm new, I don't know most of the meta decks out there, so the deck concept is theoretically able to uphold itself with meta-decks or even veteran players (I think) until I win with their own win-cons. Even if an opponent would play a vanilla deck without much keywords I'll still be able to have the upper hand. I believe this card with a proper build can be broken at some point?
So far, I've had 50% winrate in MSA with 20 games, 25% of those ended with my opponents surrendering.
