Card Suggestions / Groceries, Gas ETC

I’ve been using a couple cards since I turned 18, 23 now. Discover It card and Capital One Cabelas Card. I have never missed a payment and have a healthy credit score. I have always had a Best Buy card which I let expire and a Belks card that I rarely use unless I need dress clothes. I typically use my Discover card for strictly gas, spending an average of $260 a month. My Cabelas card is used for larger purchases which are then turned into club points for me to use on various hobby items.
I’m interested in possibly getting rid of my discover card due to the fact that the cash back rates vary per quarter. I would also like to begin using a card for food related items and gas all in one. I feel like I could be better optimized in terms of cash back.
If anyone has any recommendations for a Gas & Food card that would be awesome.
If this card could also double as a general purpose card to track monthly spending and just pay one bill at the end of the month that would be nice too.
