Help! This looks like a gnat but has 4 wings...

Hi everyone, I'm sorting through invertebrates caught in a window trap around 1.5m off the ground in a wet woodland in the UK. These are small, around 2-5mm. My ID book (Tilling, 2014) points me towards a caddisfly (Trichoptera), but the wings don't look caddifly-like and I can't see the long antennae (though these may have fell off!). It really looks like a fungus gnat, but it has four wings so won't class it as Diptera. I've posted a few specimens under a microscope here, all help is really appreciated!
