I learnt to drive outside India, where automatic transmission is the default. I would like to get an Indian driving license because I plan to use an automatic car here in PCMC.

Is it possible to take the driving license test in an automatic car?

Any advice that would help me get it as quickly as possible would be appreciated.

P.S. This pune thread claims that we can take our own automatic car to the test centers. Is this true in pcmc?

I’m writing to share my experience with home inverter battery shop owners in Pune. Why do most shop owners behave as if they are selling airplanes instead of batteries? They mistreat customers, refuse to provide proper details, withhold information, and are always looking to coerce you into buying the batteries they want to get rid of.

I called at least three Exide Care dealers. All of them were rude and hung up abruptly on me forcing me to visit their store. They would only furnish information if I visit their store. When I visited the store, they refused to properly attend to my inquiries. My experience has been negative at the least.

I’m looking to buy a 200Ah Exide inverter battery with Luminous Zellos 1550 inverter for home setup. Can someone please suggest a trusted inverter and battery shop in Pune?
