Guys is eagle on saber a meme or is it actually good, does anyone here have experience with it?

In the same vein, what about when saber is e6’d

Could Blade 2.0 actually possibly be good with Saber, in a dual Nihility setup?

And assuming the buffs are good, numbers wise (and uptime wise, which, they should be), who would be the Nihility support pairing best with Saber?
